Indus Motor Company Ltd. (IMC) invites sealed bids from interested buyers for the purchase of various categories of scrap material on an "As is, Where is" basis. This offer is valid for a duration of six months, during which the selected bidder(s) will be eligible to lift scrap as per terms and conditions.

Bid Submission Process

• Interested parties may visit IMC premises to inspect the scrap and obtain the official bid form (E-Form) along with the terms and conditions.

• The forms will be available from June 16 to June 18, 2025, between 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM on working days.

• Please note:

  • Only the official E-Form will be accepted. Handwritten forms will not be entertained.

  • Each bid must be accompanied by the relevant security deposit (as listed above), in the form of a Pay Order made out to Indus Motor Company Ltd.

  • Bids must be submitted no later than 04:00 PM on June 19, 2025, in the tender box located at Gate #1 of IMC.

Additional Guidelines

• IMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.

• Dress Code Notice: Visitors are strictly prohibited from entering IMC premises in shalwar kameez or slippers.
