Invitation to Tender

KDA invites sealed bids under the Single Stage – One Envelope system (as per SPPRA Rules, amended from time to time) for the following work from eligible and experienced contractors, firms, and service providers:

Note: If the tenders are not responded to on the above date, the next opening date will be 14th July 2025, and documents will remain available until 15th July 2025.

Submission Guidelines

Interested bidders must submit a written request on their firm's official letterhead to obtain the bidding documents.
Documents will be provided upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee via Call Deposit or Pay Order in favor of Karachi Development Authority.
Bid security (2% of bid amount) must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order from any scheduled bank in favor of KDA. Bids without bid security will be rejected.
All tenders must include complete and accurate postal addresses, and rates must be quoted in both words and figures.
Incomplete or conditional bids will not be accepted.
Any form of canvassing or submission of fake documents will lead to disqualification and penalties as per rules.
If the opening date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will apply with the same schedule.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this tender, firms must:

Possess a valid NTN Certificate
Be registered with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB)
Demonstrate an average annual turnover of Rs. 20 million (supported by last 3 years’ bank statements and audit reports)
Show proof of relevant experience through:
- At least one project worth Rs. 16 million, or
- At least two projects worth Rs. 10 million each, executed or ongoing in the last 3 years
Have valid PEC Registration with relevant category and specialization codes (if applicable)
Submit an affidavit declaring the firm has not been blacklisted or involved in litigation with any government agency
Provide a copy of CNIC
Be ready to present original documents to the Procurement Committee upon request
