The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable firms for the supply and installation of the following items at the IRS Academy, Lahore:

• SMD Digital Screens

• Smart Boards

• Multimedia Equipment

• Audio Conferencing Solutions

• Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems

• Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems

This procurement is part of FBR’s ongoing commitment to modernize and digitize its institutional infrastructure to support training and operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

Firms interested in participating must:

• Be registered with relevant tax authorities in Pakistan (valid NTN, GST, etc.)

• Demonstrate a track record of successful delivery of similar IT and electronic solutions

• Comply with all requirements listed in the bidding documents

Bidding Procedure

1. How to Apply
   Bidding documents are available for download from:

   • e-PADS portal

   • FBR website

2. Bid Submission Deadline

   • Bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS and also as hard copies to the address listed below.

   • Deadline for submission: 20th June 2025 at 11:00 AM

   • Bid opening: Same day at 11:30 AM in the FBR Conference Room, FBR Headquarters, Constitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad.

   • If the deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered.

3. Important Notes

   • Manual bids will not be accepted unless the corresponding bid has been submitted online first via e-PADS.

   • Original bid security instrument must be included with the hard copy submission.

   • FBR reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A pre-bid meeting will be held on:

• Date: 12th June 2025

• Time: 11:00 AM

• Venue: FBR House, Constitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad
