• Approval: As per the formula/specifications approved by the Department of Plant Protection, Ministry of National Food Security & Research (Ref: No. 1-18/2023-Reg, dated 19.01.2024)

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must:

• Have at least 3 years of experience supplying similar products to public or private sector organizations.

• Be registered with:

  • Department of Plant Protection, Government of Pakistan

  • Relevant Taxation Authorities (FBR, etc.)

• Submit a certificate of assurance from the manufacturer confirming availability of the required quantity of pesticide for supply to PASSCO.

Bidding Procedure

• The tender will be conducted under Rule 36(b): Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure of the PPRA Rules, 2004.

• Bidders must submit:

  • Technical Proposal

  • Financial Proposal

• Rates must include all applicable taxes, duties, delivery charges, loading/unloading, and delivery to PASSCO Godowns, Khanewal.

Bid Security

• Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 44,635/- in the form of:

  • Pay Order

  • Demand Draft

  • Cashier's or Banker’s Cheque
    (in favor of PASSCO, from any scheduled bank in Pakistan)
    Note: Cash, Cheques, CDRs, or SDRs will not be accepted.

• For the successful bidder, the bid security will be converted into 5% performance guarantee.
