State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan — the country’s largest life and health insurer — is seeking to engage the services of a well-reputed Audit Firm for the financial year 2025 and beyond. Interested and qualified firms are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with PPRA Rules, using the Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding process.

This opportunity relates specifically to audit services for the Finance and Accounts Division, based at State Life’s Principal Office in Karachi.

Bidding Process and Requirements

• Bid Submission Mode: All proposals (both technical and financial) must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS system.

• Eligibility: Only those audit firms registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on E-PADS will be eligible to participate.

• Deadline for Submission: Bids must be uploaded to the E-PADS system no later than 20th June 2025 by 11:00 AM.

• Opening of Bids: Technical bids will be opened (downloaded) on the same day at 11:30 AM via E-PADS.
