Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF-AA Factory), Wah Cantt, invites sealed and electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers who are registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities for the supply of various items under the following Tender Enquiries (T.E.s):

Details of Required Items

Tender Submission & Opening

• Last date to submit bids: On or before 03 July 2025, no later than 11:00 AM

• Opening of technical bids: 03 July 2025 at 11:30 AM

• Location: Bid Center, adjacent to Rabta Hall, POF Wah Cantt

Bids must include both technical and commercial proposals, submitted:

1. Online via the POF E-Bidding Portal, and

2. In separately sealed envelopes, submitted to the Bid Center.

Instructions for Bidders

• Bidding documents with specifications, terms, and item-wise details can be obtained from the office of the undersigned or collected during office hours free of cost.

• Only bids that are complete in all respects and submitted by the deadline will be considered.

• All participating bidders must be registered taxpayers and must comply with the eligibility requirements outlined in the tender documents.
