Tender Notice – Procurement of Goods, Works & Services (2025–2026)

Sealed quotations are invited from interested individuals, suppliers, contractors, and firms for the procurement of goods, works, and services under the O&M and M&R heads for the financial year 2025–2026. The tendering process will follow the Single Stage - One Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019).

Scope of Work

The tender includes supply and/or provision of the following:

• Abkalani materials

• Machinery and vehicles

• General and miscellaneous items

• Associated works and services under Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Maintenance & Repair (M&R)

Important Details

In case of no response, a second round will be held:

• Submission: 08 July 2025 at 11:00 AM

• Opening: 08 July 2025 at 12:00 Noon

Terms & Conditions

1. Bid Security must be attached in the form of a Call Deposit in favor of the Executive Engineer, Begari Division Jacobabad.

2. Only bids with valid security and complete documents will be accepted.

3. Quoted rates must remain valid for one year and include all applicable taxes.

4. Only original hardcopy submissions will be entertained. Emailed or electronically submitted bids will not be accepted.

5. Bidders must be registered with PEC (2025–26), FBR, SRB, NTN, and other relevant authorities.

6. A valid CNIC and an affidavit of non-blacklisting must accompany the bid documents.

7. Conditional bids will be rejected outright.

8. The successful contractor/supplier will be required to deliver items at site on-demand as per issued orders throughout the financial year.

9. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with SPPRA rules.
