office of the Deputy Director Works & Chief Engineer (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for Emergency Works under PPRA Rule 42(c)(v) of 2004. The works are related to the provision of essential facilities at various PAF Bases.

Scope of Work

The following works are open for bidding. All works involve provision of certain essential facilities at different PAF Bases:

Application & Tender Submission Guidelines

1. Application for Tender Documents:
   Contractors must submit applications along with complete credentials to obtain the tender documents. These credentials will be reviewed, and only qualified firms with relevant experience and who meet special job criteria will be issued the documents.

2. Tender Submission & Opening:

   • Tender documents must be submitted to the office of the Accepting Officer by 11:30 AM on 16 June 2025.

   • Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM, in the presence of participating bidders, if they wish to attend.

3. Eligibility Requirements:

   • Contractors must certify in writing that they are not involved in any legal dispute with any government department and that there is no adverse report against them from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch, GHQ).

   • Bidders must provide a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate. Contractors without PEC registration are not eligible.

   • Only contractors on the approved MES list in Category ‘A’ or ‘B’, with proven experience in similar projects, may apply.

4. Additional Notes:

   • The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Rejected tenders will be handled in accordance with PPRA Rule 33(i).

   • Interested contractors may seek further clarification by visiting the office of CMES (PAF) Sargodha or their authorized representative between 07:15 AM and 01:35 PM on working days.

Performance History Submission

All applicants must provide the following details for each project executed over the last two years, and for any ongoing projects:

• Name of work

• Executing agency

• Approved amount

• Time allowed (in months)

• Date of commencement and completion

• Progress (in percentage)

• Performance report from the Engineer in Charge
