NUST invites sealed bids from reputable, experienced, and financially sound manufacturers and suppliers for the Procurement of IT Infrastructure and Hospitality Lab Equipment for its H-12 Campus, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-Procurement and must participate via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS).

Important Instructions

1. Tender Fee: All bidders must submit the tender processing fee (as stated in the tender documents) in original at the time of technical bid opening. The fee should be in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft, made out in favor of ‘P&LP Dte Petty Cash Account, NUST H-12 Islamabad’.

2. Bidding Documents: Complete bidding documents, including specifications and detailed terms and conditions, are available on the e-PADS portal. Interested suppliers may also reach out to the Procurement Directorate for additional information.

3. Bid Submission: All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS system according to the schedule listed above.

4. Right to Reject: NUST reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage before final acceptance, in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules (PPR), 2004.
