Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore—one of the leading healthcare institutions in the region—invites sealed bids from qualified and tax-registered contractors for the operation of a Private Medical Store / Pharmacy within the hospital premises. The store will be located adjacent to the Social Welfare Office, opposite the hospital canteen.

The contract will be awarded for a period of three years (2025 to 2028), starting from the official date of contract signing. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, as outlined in Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended).

Eligibility Criteria

Interested contractors must:

• Be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

• Appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Bidding Documents

• Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and procedures are available at the Accounts Branch, Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore.

• The document fee is Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only), payable at the time of collection.

• Alternatively, documents can be downloaded from the official hospital website.

• This tender notice is also published on the PPRA E-PADS portal.

Submission Guidelines

• All interested bidders must submit their applications via E-PADS and also provide hard copies of their sealed bids.

• Bids should be delivered in person to the Office of the Executive Director, Shaikh Zayed Medical Complex, Lahore, no later than 11:00 AM on June 19, 2025.

• Only the Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM, in the 1st Floor Conference Room of the Medical Complex.

• The opening date for Financial Bids will be announced later.

Bid Security Requirement

• A Bid Security must be submitted in the form of an original CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of the Executive Director, Shaikh Zayed Medical Complex, Lahore.

• The original security instrument must be included in the Financial Bid, and a photocopy should accompany the Technical Bid, in accordance with the bidding instructions.

Right to Accept or Reject

The Executive Director, Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore, reserves the full right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the PPRA Rules, 2004 (amended).
