District Privatization Committee, Sheikhupura, under the Government of Punjab, announces the public auction of the following government properties located within Sheikhupura District. The sale will be conducted on an "as is, where is" basis, as per the schedule below:

Important Instructions for Interested Bidders:

Security Deposit Requirement:
Any individual wishing to participate in the auction must submit a refundable security deposit in the form of call deposit or pay order payable to the Government of Punjab, along with a verified copy of their CNIC, to the District Privatization Committee, Sheikhupura before the start of the auction. -
Eligibility to Bid:
No one will be allowed to participate in the bidding process without submitting the required security deposit. -
Payment Terms for Successful Bidders:

Upon approval of the highest bid, the successful bidder is required to deposit 25% of the total bid amount (including the security deposit) within 7 days of bid approval.

The remaining 75% must be paid within 30 days from the date of bid approval.

All payments must be deposited in the Colonies Department, Board of Revenue, Punjab under Account No. 3702-C or 3703-C.

Failure to pay within the stipulated time will result in the forfeiture of the deposited amount via the Deputy Commissioner.

Right to Reject Bids:
-
Participation in the auction does not entitle any right to claim the property until the transfer process is completed.

The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid at any stage prior to the issuance of transfer orders.

Authority’s Rights:
-
The Board of Revenue, Punjab reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions of the auction.

Transfer of Property:
-
After full payment, the successful bidder will receive the transfer documents within 10 days through the concerned District Collector, following approval from the Board of Revenue (to be completed within 30 days).

All stamp duties, government fees, and taxes will be borne by the buyer.
