National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is inviting electronic bids (e-bids) from original manufacturers or their authorized distributors/suppliers for the supply and installation of air-conditioners along with ancillary services at its Regional Headquarter Building in Gujranwala.

Eligible bidders must be:

• Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments.

Bidding Process:

1. Availability of Documents:

   • Complete e-bidding documents including detailed specifications, terms & conditions, and requirements are available for registered vendors on EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Auctioning Document System).

2. Bid Submission:

   • Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS no later than 11:30 AM on June 27, 2025.

   • A bid security of Rs. 173,196 must accompany the bid.

   • Manual bids will not be accepted.

   • In case of any technical issues while using EPADS, bidders may reach out to:

3. Bid Security Submission:

   • The original bid security instrument must be submitted in hard copy to the undersigned before the bid submission deadline.

   • Failure to do so will result in disqualification and the bid will not be opened.

4. Bid Opening:

   • Electronic bids will be opened on the same day (June 27, 2025) at 12:00 Noon through EPADS.

   • Opening will take place in the presence of the Procurement Committee and any participating bidders at the following venue:

Important Notes:

• The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted as per Rule 48 of PPRA Rules, 2004, and its notification is also available on EPADS.
