Subject: Upgradation/Modification/Restoration of Lift Control Panels (Mitsubishi Lifts) at State Life Buildings 1 & 2, Karachi

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC)—the country’s largest life and health insurer—invites sealed bids from experienced and tax-compliant firms/contractors for the upgradation, modification, and restoration of lift control panels with allied parts for six (06) Mitsubishi lifts installed at State Life Buildings 1 & 2 in Karachi.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must:

• Be registered with the Income Tax Department

• Be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)

• Have relevant experience in handling similar lift works or electrical/electromechanical projects

Procedure & Submission

• Bidding Process: Single Stage – One Envelope procedure

• Bid Submission Deadline: On or before 18th June 2025, by 11:00 AM

• Bid Opening Time: 18th June 2025 at 11:30 AM

Bids must be submitted only via E-PADS (Pakistan’s Electronic Procurement System) in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents.

Please note:

• The original bid security and a hard copy of the bidding document must be submitted physically to the undersigned’s office by the bid deadline.

• No bids will be accepted through email, courier, or in-person submission other than via E-PADS.

• Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the E-PADS portal.
