The Garrison Engineer (Army) II Malir invites applications from pre-qualified contractors and firms for the works listed below.

Tender Issue Date: From 24 October 2025

Tender Submission Deadline: 27 October 2025 at 11:30 a.m.

Tender Opening: 27 October 2025 at 12:00 noon at the Office of the Garrison Engineer (Army) II, Malir Cantonment.
Contractors are welcome to attend the tender opening if they wish.

Eligibility Criteria

Only contractors/firms enlisted with Military Engineer Services (MES) in categories A, B, C, D, or E and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) are eligible to apply.

Each contractor must submit a certificate confirming that:
-
They are not involved in any litigation with any Government Department.
-
There is no special report pending against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi).

For Non-Enlisted Firms
Contractors who are not on the approved MES list should submit, along with their application, a detailed record of:

Works executed during the last two years, and
-
Works currently in hand.
This information must be provided on the following format:
