Submission & Opening:

Sealed tenders must be submitted to the undersigned on or before the closing date and time listed above.

Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives at the DHO Office, Diamer Chilas.

Capacity Requirements:

Contractors must have the necessary facilities, including:

General store for diet items

Medical store for LP of Medicine at DHO Office Chilas

Bid Security:

A call deposit in favour of DHO Office Chilas must be attached with the bid as per the amount mentioned for each category.

Separate Tenders:

A separate tender must be submitted for each category, clearly stating the category name in bold letters.

Pricing:

Items not covered in the awarded tender will be priced according to the prevailing market rate at the time of supply/delivery.

All applicable taxes must be included in the bid price and borne by the bidder.
