Project: Procurement of ERP System License, Implementation & Custom Module Development Services (Turnkey Basis)

Karachi Port Trust (KPT) invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the procurement, implementation, and customization of an ERP system on a turnkey basis.

Important Dates:

• Pre-Bid Meeting: October 6, 2025 – at the office of the Manager Procurement, KPT Head Office, Eduljee Dinshaw Road, Karachi.

• Submission Deadline: October 27, 2025 at 10:30 AM

• Tender Opening: October 27, 2025 at 11:00 AM

Bidding Process:

• The tender will be conducted under Rule 36(b) of PPRA 2004 (amended), following the Single Stage – Two Envelope method.

• Tender documents, including scope of work, technical evaluation criteria, and other terms and conditions, are available on the EPADS portal.

• Registered bidders must submit their bids online via the file upload facility on EPADS.

• KPT reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any stage before acceptance, in line with PPRA Rule 33.
