A. INVITATION TO TENDER

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed offers from reputable manufacturers and suppliers for the supply of various materials and equipment as listed below. The tenders will be processed under standard procurement procedures, and details of quantities and opening dates are given hereunder.

Tender Closing Time: 2:30 PM
Tender Opening Time: 3:00 PM

All tenders will be opened publicly at Gas House, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore on the respective opening dates mentioned above.

Tender Document Information

• Tender documents may be purchased up to one day before the opening date between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM on working days.

• Tender Fee: Rs. 2,500/- (non-refundable) for each tender, payable via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited.

• Bid Security: 2% (excluding GST) of the estimated tender value, as specified in the tender documents.

• Local bidders must submit valid copies of:

  • Sales Tax Registration Certificate

  • Income Tax Certificate

  • Latest Professional Tax Certificate

For local tenders, bidders are required to submit bids both online (EPADS system) and in hard copy (Original and Duplicate). The hard copy must include the original pay order/CDR for tender fee and the original bid bond before the closing time/date.

   Total quantity should be 148 Nos. instead of the previous figure.

2. Tender Enquiry LET-128/25 – “Gensets”:
   Revised quantities are as follows:

   • Diesel Genset – 25 KVA

   • Gas Genset – 10 KVA

3. Tender Enquiry SN-4747/25 – “Sleeving Material”:
   Revised quantities are as follows:
