Bidding Procedure

This tender will be conducted through the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.
Only technically qualified bidders will be informed of the date and time for the opening of the commercial bids.

All bidding activities, including document collection and submission, will be carried out via the SAP Ariba Portal.

Eligibility and Requirements

Interested vendors must:

• Be reputed technology service providers with proven expertise and experience in digital marketing management and promotional campaigns, preferably in the fintech or related technology sector.
• Be active taxpayers, holding valid NTN, GST, and Provincial Sales Tax Certificates (where applicable).
• Submit an official request on company letterhead through SAP Ariba along with the above-mentioned documents to obtain bidding documents.

All bid documents will be available exclusively through the SAP Ariba Portal.

Additional Information

• CERISMA reserves the right to request further information or clarifications from any bidder at any stage.
• Vendors who do not yet have an Ariba Network ID are advised to register themselves on the SAP Ariba Portal to participate in the tender process.
• The tender notice is also available on the PSO website under the procurement section.
• CERISMA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per applicable procurement regulations.
