Central Power Generation Company Limited (CPGCL), Guddu, invites sealed bids from reputable, tax-registered suppliers, authorized distributors, and contractors for the following tender:

Eligibility Criteria

Bids are invited from well-reputed suppliers, authorized distributors, and contractors who are registered with:

• Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, and
• Ministry of Petroleum (for oil-related items only).

Participating firms must submit their company profile and details of relevant experience along with their bid.

Tender Fee

• Rs. 2,500/- (non-refundable) if collected in person.
• Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable) if requested by post.

Earnest Money (Bid Security)

Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee (refundable), drawn in favor of “Central Power Generation Company Limited”, as follows:

• Lot-01 (Dirty Oil): PKR 383,499.00
• Lot-02 (Empty Iron Drums): PKR 235,500.00

Bidding Procedure

This tender will follow a Single Stage, Single Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule No. 36(a).

Bids must be prepared and submitted strictly in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents. These documents include details about:

Submission and Opening of Bids

Sealed bids must reach the Manager (Material Management), CPGCL, GENCO-II, Guddu-Kashmore, Pakistan on or before the submission deadline mentioned above.
Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

1. If the Government declares a public holiday or any unavoidable situation arises on the bid opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
2. The Chief Executive Officer, CPGCL, reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
