NOTICE – TRANSFER OF FINAL CASH DIVIDEND (FY 2024–2025)

1. We are pleased to inform our valued shareholders that the Final Cash Dividend for the financial year 2024–2025, declared at the rate of Rs. 1.25 per ordinary share (equivalent to 12.5%) of Rs. 10 each, has been successfully transferred on October 9, 2025, to the valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBANs) of all eligible shareholders.

2. However, the dividend amounts of those shareholders who have not provided their IBANs, or whose IBANs were found invalid, have been withheld in accordance with Regulation No. 6(1)(iv) of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017.
   A formal notice regarding this withholding was sent to such shareholders on October 10, 2025.

3. Shareholders who have not yet received their dividend payments are requested to provide their complete and valid IBAN (24 digits) at the earliest:

   • CDC account holders should update their IBANs with their respective member stock exchange.

   • Physical shareholders should send their IBAN details to the Company’s Share Registrar at the address provided below.

   This will enable us to ensure prompt transfer of your dividend amount directly to your bank account.
