Important Update: Extension of Submission Deadline

The deadline to submit Expressions of Interest and Statements of Qualification has now been extended. All interested parties are requested to submit their documents by 4:00 PM on Thursday, 19th June 2025.

All other terms and conditions of the invitation remain unchanged.
