1. Tender Fee:
   A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 (for each tender) is applicable. Please deposit the amount in the following account:

2. How to Request Tender Documents:

   • Submit a scanned, signed request on the bidder’s official letterhead through the SAP Ariba Portal.

   • Clearly mention: “Tender Documents Collection Request – Tender No. [Insert Tender Number]”.

   • Attach the following documents:

     • Valid NTN, GST/PST certificates, and CNIC of owner/authorized representative.

     • Proof of tender fee deposit.

     • Bidders must be active taxpayers as per FBR records.

3. General Notes:

   • Bidders without an Ariba Network ID must register themselves on SAP Ariba Portal to access and participate in tenders.

   • For scrap disposal tenders, compliance with HSE policies and PSO’s standard operating procedures is mandatory.

   • Bid documents are available and must be submitted only through the SAP Ariba Portal.

   • PSO reserves the right to amend tender terms or reject bids at any stage.
