Invitation to e-Bid: Procurement of Fleet Management Services

SBP Banking Services Corporation, Rawalpindi, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible and tax-compliant service providers for the Procurement of Fleet Management Services for its North Cluster Offices.

Eligible bidders must be:

• Registered with the relevant tax authorities

• Listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)

Pre-Bid Meeting

A pre-bid meeting will be held to address any queries or clarifications:

Bid Submission & Opening

• Deadline to Submit Bids: July 07, 2025, by 11:00 AM

• Bid Opening Time: July 07, 2025, at 11:30 AM

• Submission Method: Online via E-PADS only

• Note: Manual/physical submission of bids will not be accepted.

Bid Security Requirement

All bids must include a Bid Security of Rs. 450,000/-, submitted in one of the following forms:

• Pay Order

• Demand Draft

• Deposit at Call

• Bank Guarantee (must be valid for at least 28 days beyond the bid validity period)

Instructions:

• A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS at the time of bid submission.

• The original bid security document must be sent to the address given below before the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit the original on time will result in automatic rejection of the bid.
