Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarter (THQ) Hospital Wazirabad invites sealed bids from reputable and financially sound firms, agencies, or institutional pharmacy chains for the supply of medicines and surgical disposables under a framework contract for the financial year 2025–2026.

Key Instructions for Bidders
1) Procurement Platform:
The entire bidding process will be conducted through the EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System). Interested firms must be registered as suppliers on EPADS to participate.
2) Access to Documents:
Once registered on EPADS, bidders can access and download the detailed bidding documents free of cost.
3) Bidding Method:
The process will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelope) under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (latest amendments).
4) Bid Submission & Opening:
After submitting bids online, bidders may also attend the office of the Medical Superintendent on 24th July 2025 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM in the presence of the firm’s representatives who wish to attend.
5) Bid Security:
Each bid must include a Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost (PKR 75,000) valid for 120 days, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order, or Demand Draft issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
Important: The original CDR must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent’s office at least one hour before the bid opening; otherwise, the bid will be disqualified.
6) Best and Final Offer:
Bidders are requested to submit their best and final prices, as negotiations will not be held according to PPRA Rules.
7) Tax Deduction:
Applicable taxes will be deducted as per prevailing government rules.
8) Terms & Conditions:
Detailed terms and conditions are available in the bidding documents. Bidders are advised to read them carefully before submission.
9) Misrepresentation:
Submission of fake information or documents (such as fake CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft) will lead to immediate disqualification from the tendering process.
