Project Details

Important Information for Bidders

• Who Can Apply:
  Contractors with relevant experience in conservation of historical buildings and monuments are eligible to participate.

• How to Get Bidding Documents:
  Interested bidders can download the bidding documents free of cost from:

  • Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)

  • E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS)

• Bidding Procedure:

  • Single-Stage, Two-Envelope bidding method will be followed.

  • Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS.

  • Submission Deadline: July 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM

  • Bid Opening: July 30, 2025, at 11:30 AM (same day) via E-PADS.

• Bid Security:

  • All bids must include a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Director General, WCLA.

  • A photocopy of the Bid Security must be attached to both technical and financial bids; otherwise, the bid will be considered non-responsive.

  • The original Bid Security must reach the address below before the bid closing date and time.

• Validity:
  All submitted bids must remain valid for 90 days from the opening date.

• Rules & Regulations:
  All procurement activities will strictly follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). In case of any conflict between the bidding documents and the PPRA Rules, the PPRA Rules will apply.

• Cost:
  WCLA will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders for the preparation or submission of bids.
