Project Details

Key Information for Bidders

• Who Can Apply:
  Only contractors experienced in conservation and restoration of historical sites/monuments are eligible.

• Bidding Documents:
  Can be downloaded free of cost from:

  • Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.

  • E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) portal.

• Bidding Method:
  Single-Stage, Two-Envelope Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

• Submission Deadline:

  • Last date to submit bids electronically via E-PADS: July 28, 2025, by 11:00 AM

  • Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through E-PADS.

• Bid Security:

  • All bids must include a Bid Security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Director General, WCLA.

  • Attach a photocopy of the Bid Security with both the technical and financial bids — bids without this will be rejected.

  • The original Bid Security must be submitted to the address given below before the bid closing time.

• Rules & Compliance:

  • All procurement procedures (submission, opening, evaluation, and award) will strictly follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

  • If there is any conflict between the Bidding Documents and the PPRA Rules, the PPRA Rules will apply.

• Bid Validity:
  Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the submission date.

• Costs:
  WCLA will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting the bids.
