The District Police Officer, Mandi Bahauddin invites e-procurement bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to date) from well-reputed, financially sound registered firms with relevant experience and valid registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments.

This procurement is for various miscellaneous items on a FOR basis for the financial year 2025–26 (up to 30th June 2026).

Important Instructions for Bidders

• Bidding Procedure:
  Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure through e-procurement, as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to date).

• How to Participate:

  • Bidders must submit bids online through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) by 30-07-2025 up to 11:00 AM.

  • The Financial Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM through EPADS in the presence of the procurement committee and firm representatives.

  • Bidding documents are available on the PPRA Punjab website and through EPADS software.

• Bid Validity & Taxes:

  • All quoted rates must be inclusive of GST/PST and remain valid until 30-06-2026.

• Performance Guarantee:
  Successful bidders must deposit 5% of the total store cost as a Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR.

• Bid Evaluation:
  Bids will be examined by the committee on 30-07-2025 during office hours.

• Right to Reject:
  The District Police Officer reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014 (amended up to date).
