Important Information for Bidders

• Who Can Apply:
  Only Pharmacies, Druggists, and Chemists registered under Form-9 are eligible to participate.

• Bidding Documents:
  Can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.

• Bidding Method:
  Single Stage — Two Envelope Procedure as per Punjab PPRA Rules 2014.

• Submission Process:

  • Bids must be submitted online through EPADS.

  • All procurement stages will be conducted through EPADS as per rules.

  • Bids must reach the address below before 12:00 PM on 26/07/2025.

  • Late bids will not be accepted.

• Bid Security:

  • All bids must include a Bid Security amounting to 2% of the estimated price (PKR 120,000).

  • The Bid Security must be in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of MS THQ Hospital Phalia.

  • Bids without valid Bid Security will be rejected.

• Bid Opening:

  • Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

  • Opening will be held at the address below on 26/07/2025 at 12:30 PM.

  • If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, it will be held on the next working day.
