The District Council Gujranwala (the Client) invites sealed bids from eligible:

The following projects are open for bidding:

Bidders may apply for one or more projects, but each project requires a separate application and unique supporting documents.

Note: You cannot submit the same experience, financials, or resources for multiple bids.

Bids must follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope process (Technical & Financial).

Bids must include the required Bid Security in the form of a CDR/Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan, made out to the Chief Officer, District Council Gujranwala.

Bidding documents must be uploaded on the E-PAD Dashboard. No manual submissions will be accepted.

Last date to upload bids: 29th July 2025 by 10:00 AM

Technical bids opening: 29th July 2025 at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

Only bidders who pass the technical evaluation will have their financial bids opened on a later date.

The District Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Rule 35).
