Below are the categories, estimated costs, bid security requirements, and timings:

Key Participation Guidelines

• Bidding Procedure:
  Bidding will be carried out through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA).

• Separate Documents:
  Bidders must obtain separate bidding documents for each category they wish to apply for. Documents can be collected from the office of the Medical Superintendent against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 per category.

• Submission Deadline:
  Bidding documents must be submitted by 24th July 2025 at 10:00 AM.

• Opening of Bids:
  Bids will be opened on the same day at the times specified in the table, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend.

• Bid Security:
  All bids must include a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, valid for 120 days, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.

• Best and Final Prices:
  Bidders must submit their best and final prices as no further negotiations will be held, in accordance with PPRA rules.

• Taxes:
  All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules.

• Registration Certificates:
  Valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificates must be provided with the bid.

• Right to Reject:
  The hospital reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance (PPRA Rule 35).
