Important Instructions for Bidders

• Procurement Mode: Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage — Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

• Submission: Bidders must upload a PDF of their complete bid through E-PADS.

• Bid Security: 2% of the estimated cost (valid for 90 days) in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank.

  • Original bid security must be sealed and submitted to the Procurement Office before the closing date.

• Tender Closing Date: 28th July 2025 at 11:00 AM

• Tender Opening Date: Same day, 28th July 2025 at 11:30 AM

• No Negotiations: Bidders must submit their best and final prices.

• Taxes: Will be deducted as per applicable government rules.

• All processes will strictly follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended).
