The Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Health & Population Department (H&PD), Government of Punjab, invites E-Bids for the:

Procurement of Biomedical and Non-Biomedical Equipment & Goods

Bid Security

• Original Bid Security (less than 5% of the estimated cost) must be submitted to the office of PMU-H&PD.

• Bid Security must be submitted on or before the submission deadline.

Important Dates

• Venue for Pre-Bid Meeting:
  Committee Room, Project Management Unit (PMU)

• Bidders seeking clarifications must upload their queries on EGP-EPADS.

• Minutes of the pre-bid meeting will be uploaded on the department’s website and EGP-EPADS.

Bidding Process

• Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding, as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

  • Technical & Financial bids must be submitted together in separate envelopes.

• Bids will be received and opened online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS).

• Bids received after the deadline will not be entertained.

• Procurement will be conducted strictly as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024, notified vide No. MD(PPRA)50-BOM/2024 dated 6th March 2024, regarding the E-Procurement System (E-PADS).
