The Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance & Planning), District Lahore, invites E-Bids on an item-wise basis from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order suppliers for the following framework contract:

Bidding Method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPR-14).

Submission Deadline: E-Bids must be submitted online on or before 24-07-2025 at 11:00 AM through e-PADS.

Bid Security: Bidders must provide a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 3% of the estimated contract cost before bid opening.
