Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt.) Ltd. (QASPL) invites sealed bids from reputable, financially sound firms or companies for hiring a consultancy firm to conduct a salary survey. Firms must be registered with both the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA).

Key Details

• Tender Documents:
  Complete bidding documents, including detailed Terms of Reference (TORs), can be downloaded from the EPAD portal, PPRA website, or QASPL’s official website.

• Bid Submission Deadline:
  Bids must be submitted online via EPAD by July 24, 2025, no later than 11:00 AM.

• Bid Opening:
  Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of firm representatives who wish to attend.

Bid Security

• Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of at least Rs. 100,000 (equivalent to 5% of the estimated project cost of Rs. 2.0 million).

• The Bid Security must be in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), pay order, or demand draft, made payable to Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt.) Ltd.

• A copy of the Bid Security must be attached to the Technical Bid and must remain valid for at least 120 days beyond the bid submission deadline.

• The original CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope to QASPL at least one day before the bid opening date.

Important Notes

• Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and should be inclusive of all applicable taxes.

• QASPL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance, as per Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2014.
