How to Apply

Tender forms can be obtained against written request on firm’s letterhead with payment of the prescribed fee during office hours.

Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Offers in line with PPRA Rules.

Technical and Financial bids must be sealed separately and clearly marked on the envelopes.

Both envelopes must be sealed inside one large envelope.

Bidders are required to submit product samples for items being quoted. Samples will be checked on the spot.

Technical bids will be opened first. Only firms qualifying the technical bid will have their financial bids considered. Firms failing to qualify technically will have their unopened financial bids returned.
Important Terms

Bidders must ensure submission of 3% bid security with their quotations. Bids without bid security will be rejected.

Successful bidders must supply goods for one year at the approved rates without any increase, and strictly as per approved samples.

Non-compliance will lead to forfeiture of security and blacklisting of the firm.

Applicable government taxes (Income Tax, GST, PST) will be deducted as per rules.

The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rules. Such decisions shall not be challenged in any court of law, but bidders will be informed accordingly.
