Key Information for Bidders

Eligible Bidders:
Must be registered with relevant Registration and Tax Authorities, and enrolled on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS). -
Bidding Procedure:
Single Stage – Two Envelope as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. -
Bid Security:
2% of the estimated cost for each item/contract. -
Bid Submission:

Bids must be submitted online through e-PADS by 30th July 2025, 11:00 AM.

Late bids will not be accepted.

Hard copies are not required.

Bid Opening:
Submitted e-Bids will be opened on the same day, 30th July 2025 at 11:30 AM, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend. -
Bid Validity:
All bids must remain valid for 180 days from the date of opening. -
Pre-Bid Meeting:
-
Scheduled for 14th July 2025 at 10:00 AM in the Purchase Section, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital.

Minutes of the pre-bid meeting will be uploaded on the e-PADS portal within three days and treated as part of the bidding documents.

Sahiwal Teaching Hospital will not bear any cost incurred by bidders for preparing or submitting bids.
In case the submission or opening date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as the deadline. -
