Islamabad Model College for Girls (PG) Margalla, F-7/4, Islamabad invites bids through E-Procurement from reputable suppliers who:

• Have active General Sales Tax (GST) and Income Tax registration numbers.

• Appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.

• Have an office for supply & support in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.

• Can meet all PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended).

Important Instructions for Bidders

• Submission Deadline:

  • Technical and Financial Proposals must be uploaded on EPADS by 11:00 AM, 28th July 2025.

  • A hard copy must also reach the College Office before closing time at the address below.

  • Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the firm’s representatives.

  • If the tender cannot be opened due to unavoidable reasons, it will be opened on the next working day.

• Mode of Submission:

  • Only bids submitted through the PPRA e-Procurement Portal (EPADS) will be accepted.

  • Late bids or bids not submitted through EPADS will be rejected under PPRA S.R.O No. 296(1)/2023.

  • The institution is not responsible for any cost related to bid preparation or submission.

• Bid Security:

  • Bidders must attach earnest money equal to 3% of the estimated value.

  • It must be deposited in the form of a Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of IMCG (PG) Margalla, F-7/4, Islamabad.

• Required Documents:

  • Certificate that the firm is not blacklisted.

  • Affidavit confirming the same.

  • All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.

  • Evaluation criteria are detailed in the bidding documents.

• Right to Accept/Reject:

  • The office reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in line with PPRA Rule 33(1).
