Key Terms & Conditions

• How to Apply:

  • Technical & Financial bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (ePADS).

• Bidding Process:

  • The tender will follow Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure (as per Clause 38 of PPRA Rules 2014, amended from time to time).

• Availability of Documents:

  • Bidding documents are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.

• Quoting Rates:

  • All bidders must quote their rates for each item in the DNIT/BOQs (not in percentage).

  • All pages of rate analysis, summary, and sub-summary for each LOT must be fully filled.

  • Incomplete bids or blank entries will be marked non-responsive and rejected.

• Award of Work:

  • The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder for each LOT, after correcting any arithmetical errors.

• Eligibility:

  • Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant category with specialization in BC-02.

• Bid Security:

  • The required Earnest Money must be submitted as a CDR in favor of the Director General Archaeology.

  • A scanned copy of the CDR must be attached with the bid submission online.

  • The original CDR must be submitted to the office address below before bid opening time.
