The Bank of Punjab invites sealed technical and financial bids from reputable and experienced companies for the expansion of its Cisco Network Access Control (NAC) infrastructure. The bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.

Key Details

• Availability of Documents:
  Bid documents are available free of cost and can be downloaded from the E-Pads portal and PPRA website immediately after this notice is published.

• Submission Deadline:
  All bids must be uploaded/submitted online through the E-Pads portal by 23rd July 2025, no later than 11:00 AM.

• Technical Bid Opening:
  Technical bids will be opened by the committee on the same day — 23rd July 2025 at 11:30 AM — in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

• Financial Bid Opening:
  Financial bids will be opened only for technically qualified bidders. The exact date and time will be communicated later.

Requirements

1) Mode of Submission:
Bids must be submitted online only through the E-Pads portal.

2) Bid Security:
A bid security equal to at least 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted to the Head of Centralized Procurement Department before the submission deadline.

• Acceptable forms: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or UC in favor of The Bank of Punjab.

• A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Bid.

3) Taxes:
Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

4) Certificates:
Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates must be attached with the bid.

5) Note:
The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any cost incurred by bidders in preparing or submitting their documents.
