The Department of Tourist Services (DTS), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids from reputable firms for providing the services of Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, Drivers, and Cook for one year (which may be extended).

This procurement will be done through e-PADS, following the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to date).

Who Can Apply?

Firms, companies, or sole proprietors that:

• Are engaged in trading.

• Are registered with e-PADS and relevant authorities (like SECP, FBR, Registrar of Firms, or other competent authorities).

• Have valid Income Tax, Sales Tax, or Punjab Sales Tax registrations.

How to Apply

• Bidders must submit their sealed bids only through e-PADS.

• The last date to submit bids is 25th July 2025 at 11:00 AM.

• Bids submitted through any other means will not be accepted.

• The technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM on e-PADS.

Bid Security

• Bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the procurement process is completed and the contract is signed with the successful bidder.

Important Details

• The procurement will be done through the Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure (Rule 38 (2) PPRA Rules 2014).

• Bidding documents and this Tender Notice are available in English and can be downloaded from:

  • Punjab e-PADS Portal

  • Punjab PPRA Website

• Bids must remain valid for 90 days.

• DTS will not bear any cost related to bid preparation or submission.

• Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial proposals opened.

• DTS reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
