The Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA) is an independent body formed under the Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority Act 2016. Our goal is to provide modern testing facilities for food, agriculture, and pharmaceutical sectors across Punjab.

We now invite sealed bids from reputable and eligible firms for the purchase of a Microbalance (LOT-110.2).

 Important Instructions for Bidders

1) Who Can Apply
Registered firms or companies with relevant experience are encouraged to submit bids. The detailed scope and technical requirements are available in the tender documents.

2) How to Apply

• Prepare your Technical and Financial proposals as instructed in the tender documents.

• Submit your bids only through the Punjab e-Procurement system (EPADS).

• The deadline for submission is 23rd July 2025 at 11:00 AM.

• The Technical Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS.

• Manual submissions will not be accepted.

3) Bid Security
Every bidder must include a bid security amounting to Rs. 27,693/- in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA).

4) Right to Reject
PAFDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time before final acceptance, as allowed under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

5) Note on Registration
This entire procurement will be carried out only through the EPADS system. Interested firms must be registered on EPADS to participate. Tender documents and full terms & conditions are available for registered bidders.
