The Tehsil Head Quarters Hospital (THQH) Fateh Jang, District Attock, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, and authorized sales & service dealers for the supply of the following items for the financial year 2024-25:

Important Notes:

• EPADS Participation: The procurement process will be carried out through the EPADS of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). All interested bidders must register on EPADS to be eligible to participate. Registration details and further instructions are available on the PPRA website: EPADS and PPRA.

• Bidding Documents: Bidding documents, which include detailed requirements, terms, and conditions, are available for registered bidders on EPADS.

• Submission and Opening of Bids:

  • Bidders must upload their technical and financial proposals on EPADS by 11:00 AM on 11th April 2025.

  • Bids will be opened on EPADS at 11:30 AM on 11th April 2025.

• Bidding Process:

  • Bidding will be conducted under Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Single Envelope) procedures as outlined in the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (as amended).

  • Separate bidding will be conducted for each package.

• Bid Security:

  • Bids must include a bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker’s Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.

  • The bid security must be uploaded on EPADS and a physical copy should be delivered to the office.

• Deadline for Bids: Bids must be uploaded by 11:00 AM on 11th April 2025.

• No Negotiations: Bidders are requested to submit their best and final prices as no negotiations will be held.

• Tax Deduction: Taxes will be deducted according to the applicable government rules. A Tax Registration Certificate must be provided by the bidder.

• Bid Opening: The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 11:30 AM on 11th April 2025 on EPADS.
