Tender Notice No. 27/2025

University of Agriculture, Faisalabad invites sealed tenders from eligible and tax-registered bidders for the procurement of Machinery and Equipment under the project titled:

“Prevalence and Integrated Management Strategies for Whip Smut of Sugarcane Caused by Sporisorium scitamineum”

The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders must be registered with:

• Income Tax Department

• General Sales Tax (GST) Department

• Provincial Sales Tax Authority (if applicable)

• Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-Procurement

All bids must be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) by uploading a PDF version of the complete bid documents. Manual or hardcopy submissions will not be accepted.

• According to PPRA Rule 25(7), bidders may download bidding documents free of cost from the official PPRA website.

• Bidders must ensure timely submission of bids through e-PADS, as late or incomplete bids will not be considered.

• The process will be carried out transparently under applicable PPRA rules.
