The District Health Authority (DHA), Khanewal invites sealed bids (technical and financial) through the Punjab government's e-Procurement platform (E-PADS) for the supply and delivery of Electro Biomedical Equipment, Surgical Instruments, Laboratory Items, Furniture, Fixtures, and other related items. These procurements are part of the Annual Development Program (ADP) for the fiscal year 2024–25.

Firms, manufacturers, authorized suppliers, and companies registered with relevant authorities and fulfilling the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents are encouraged to participate.

Bidding Process

The bidding shall be carried out using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

Each bid must be submitted with two separate envelopes clearly marked as “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal”.

Bid Submission Deadline

All bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS no later than 15th May 2025 by 11:00 AM.

The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Late bids, manually submitted, or hard copies will not be accepted.

Bid Security
-
Bidders are required to submit 2% of the estimated cost as Bid Security, in original form (CDR, Pay Order, or equivalent), to the Purchase Cell, Office of the Chief Executive Officer, DHA Khanewal by the same deadline of 15th May 2025 at 11:00 AM.

Important Submission Guidelines

All bid documents must be properly page-numbered and arranged in the sequence provided in the bidding documents.

Every page must be duly signed and stamped by the authorized person.

Scanned copies uploaded to E-PADS must be clear and readable.

The procurement process will be governed strictly in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). All participating firms are advised to carefully read and comply with the bidding documents.
