Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids, under the Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding process, from well-reputed organizations and companies for the Renewal and Upgrade of Application-Centric Network Security Policy Management Solution.
Important Information:

Bidding documents are available immediately following the publication of this notice. Interested bidders may obtain or download the documents free of cost from the E-PADS portal or the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.

Bids must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the E-PADS portal no later than 15 May 2025 by 11:00 AM.

Technical bids will be opened on the same day, 15 May 2025 at 11:30 AM, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend the opening session.

The Financial Bids of only those bidders who meet the technical evaluation criteria will be opened. The date and time for opening financial bids will be announced separately.

A bid security of at least 2% of the estimated cost must be physically submitted to the Head of Centralized Procurement before the submission deadline. The bid security should be in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Unconditional Guarantee (UC) made payable to The Bank of Punjab. A copy of the bid security must also be uploaded as part of the technical bid.

All quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Bidders must provide valid National Tax Number (NTN) and General Sales Tax (GST) registration certificates with their bids.

This tender notice is also published on the official websites of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority, the Bank of Punjab, and the E-PADS portal.

Please note that the Bank will not bear any cost associated with the preparation and submission of bids.
