Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) invites bids from reputable and capable firms for the provision and installation of complete solar systems at two of its prominent tourism sites. The procurement will be carried out online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).

Project Overview

Important Guidelines for Bidders

1. Mode of Procurement: Online bidding through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System).

2. Bidding Documents: Available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website or EPADS. Original copies can also be obtained from the TDCP Head Office.

3. Bid Submission Deadline: Bids must be uploaded in PDF format via EPADS by 10:30 AM on 5th May 2025.

4. Bid Opening: Bids will be opened online the same day at 11:00 AM.

5. Eligibility Criteria:

   • Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant solar code.

   • Active filer with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments.

   • Registered on the EPADS system.

   • Submission of a valid 5% CDR (of the estimated cost) in favour of TDCP as bid security.

6. Application Flexibility: Bidders may apply for one or both of the listed projects.

7. Declarations Required: A certificate confirming the bidder is not blacklisted by TDCP or PPRA must be submitted.

8. Delivery & Installation Timeline: Successful bidders must complete delivery and installation within 30 days of issuance of the work order.

9. Right to Reject: TDCP reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time before acceptance without assigning any reason.

10. Late or Incomplete Submissions: Will not be entertained under any circumstances.
