Directorate General Protocol, S&GAD, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable firms or contractors for the repair of official vehicles. All interested parties must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, as well as the Punjab Revenue Authority, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Scope of Work:

The repair work is to be carried out on the following government-owned vehicles:

Bidding Instructions:

1. The official tender form can be obtained online via the e-PADS portal starting from the date of publication.

2. Bidders must submit their offers using the prescribed form and in accordance with all terms and conditions.

3. Each bid must include a bid security amounting to 2% of the total estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 750,000), in the form of a bank draft payable to the Director General Protocol, Punjab. This amount is refundable.

4. Bids submitted without the required bid security will not be considered.

5. The deadline for submission of bids is Monday, 12th May 2025 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of participating bidders or their representatives.

6. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids without assigning any reason.
