1. Bidding Process
   The process will be carried out under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS), approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).

2. Availability of Documents
   Interested suppliers can download the tender documents free of cost from the e-PADS portal or the official PPRA website. No tender fee is required.

3. Bidding Procedure
   A Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure will be followed:

   • Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes through the e-PADS portal.

   • The deadline for bid submission is 15th May 2025 at 11:00 AM.

   • The bids will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same day.

4. Bid Security
   All bidders are required to submit a 2% bid security based on the estimated value, in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, or Demand Draft, in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, DEA Hafizabad.

   • This must be physically deposited in the DEA office before the bid closing time.

   • Without submission of original bid security, the bid will not be considered.
