The District Education Authority (DEA), Nankana Sahib invites e-bids from eligible and qualified vendors for the supply and installation of desktop computers, along with associated services, for the revamping of IT labs in selected schools within the district.

Scope of Work

This procurement is aimed at enhancing digital learning facilities by equipping schools with modern desktop computers. Bids are invited from manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and firms (including companies and sole proprietors) who are registered with the relevant authorities, including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments.

Important Instructions for Bidders

1. Bidding Process:
   The process will be conducted through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

2. Bidding Procedure:
   A Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding method will be followed:

   • One envelope will contain the Technical Proposal, and the other will contain the Financial Proposal.

   • Bidders must submit complete proposals through e-PADS by May 20, 2025, no later than 11:00 AM.

   • The bids will be opened electronically on the same date at 11:30 AM.

3. Bid Security:

   • A bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 1,500,000) must be deposited physically at the DEA Nankana Sahib office before the bid opening time.

   • Acceptable formats for the security include Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee (BG), Pay Order, or Demand Draft, payable to the Chief Executive Officer, DEA Nankana Sahib.

   • Bids without submission of the original bid security will not be processed.

4. Availability of Documents:

   • Tender documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website, the e-PADS portal, or the official District Education Authority website.

5. Other Conditions:

   • Only online submissions through e-PADS will be considered. Manual or late submissions will not be entertained.

   • DEA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.
