The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Gujranwala invites online tenders through the E-Procurement system via EPAD from firms registered under the Income Tax Act, Punjab Sales Tax Act, and other relevant tax laws for the following services related to air conditioners' servicing, gas refilling, and repairs:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Submission Deadline:
   All tenders must be submitted online via EPAD by 1:30 PM on 13th May 2025.
   Only tenders submitted online through EPAD will be accepted.
   Submissions via hand delivery, courier, or postal services will not be considered.

2. Tender Opening:
   Tenders will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

3. Bid Security Requirements:

   • A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the estimated price must be issued in favor of "BISE Gujranwala" from a scheduled bank.

   • The original CDR must be delivered by hand or through registered post/courier to the Assistant Secretary (Stores), BISE Gujranwala, before the tender opening.

   • Submissions without the required CDR will be rejected.

   • Bank drafts or personal cheques will not be accepted.

   • No profit or interest will be paid on the CDR.

4. Rejection Rights:
   The Secretary, BISE Gujranwala, reserves the right to reject all tenders at any stage under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

5. Tendering Method:
   Procurement will be carried out using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(a)(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

6. Availability of Tender Documents:
   Tender documents/forms can be downloaded free of cost from the official website of BISE Gujranwala or the Punjab PPRA website.
